The program is geared towards enhancing skills in the 3Rs and enriching academic preparation for higher education; targeted at public school children, street children and out-of-school youth.

In 2019, Sto. Domingo Elementary School in Bay, Laguna became the partner school of Ugnayan ng Pahinungod UPOU in rendering reading remediation to its pupils.
