Workforce Development Training for PDLs

In connection with the Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between University of the Philippines, Bureau of Corrections, and UP Alumni Association, the UPOU Ugnayan ng Pahinungod led the implementation of Workforce Development Training for persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) in New Bilibid Prison through the access to its Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs).

The Workforce Development and Professional Growth for PDLs aims to provide quality courses that would help PDLs develop their skills, thereby helping prepare them in rejoining the workforce and sustaining themselves upon liberation.
