Online Mothers’ Class

The Online Mothers’ Class (OMC) program serves as a valuable guide for all mothers, helping them navigate real-life scenarios and prepare for their baby’s arrival. More importantly, it aims to enhance parental efficacy while promoting the overall health and well-being of both mothers and their infants.

The objectives of the course are as follows:

  • Learn how prenatal check-ups, proper nutrition, and lifestyle choices contribute to a healthy pregnancy while identifying warning signs and possible complications.
  • Recognize normal growth patterns and developmental milestones, track progress using a growth chart, and follow the recommended immunization schedule.
  • Learn how to position and latch the baby correctly, identify feeding cues, and introduce complementary foods at the right time.
  • Develop essential skills in newborn care, including safe bathing techniques, umbilical cord care, and overall hygiene practices.
