Online Bridge Program
The program, consisting of Bridge English, Math and Physics, aims to serve as preparatory courses designed to enrich the knowledge of students in these subject areas. Courses are delivered online through the UPOU MODeL platform. Students undergo synchronous sessions facilitated by volunteer course coordinators to supplement the course materials. The target participants of the program are Grades 11-12 students.

Qualifications:
- Teaching experience in any of the subject areas: Basic English, Secondary Mathematics, Secondary Physics.
- Volunteer experience is preferred.
- Experience in Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS).

Protecting Animal Welfare (P.A.W) Project
This is a program on managing campus animals that take shelter in the premises of the University. This involves ensuring the campus animals are given the utmost protection from inhumane conditions while at the same time protecting the UPOU workforce from unwanted diseases that can be brought about by these animals such as rabies.
Responsibilities of Volunteer Feeders:
1. Feed the cats daily at 11:00 in the morning.
2. Clean and refill the litter trays as needed, particularly for cats kept in a cage.
3. Prepare daily feeding report.
4. Report new animal sightings.
5. Check and spend time with the community animals during your free time.
6. Always monitor and maintain the health and well-being of cats and dogs.
Interested volunteers are preferably UPOU employees or individuals who are willing to visit the UPOU campus.

Introductory Course on Contact Center Services
Course overview:
- focuses on developing effective online communication skills for ICT-enabled and contact services-related jobs
- introduces participants to basic Business Process Outsourcing concepts, processes and competencies.

- Above average English skills
- experience in call monitoring evaluation in a BPO or call-center set-up
- experience in taking or handling massive open online courses (preferably)
