Introductory Course on Contact Center Services

This Introductory Course on Contact Center Services (ICCS) program focuses on developing effective online communication skills that will provide competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-enabled and contact center services-related jobs. One of the major aims of this training is to equip learners with knowledge and skills that are relevant to their chosen career should they decide to pursue an opportunity in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Specifically, the course objectives is to:

  • capacitate participants, especially in the marginalized sector, on digital literacy providing them with competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-related jobs.
  • covers both basic and advanced learning resources on contact center services
  • provide linkage opportunities to participants who are interested in pursuing a career in the contact service industry.

Target Beneficiaries:

ICCS is open to the following:

  • senior high school students (both Grade 11 and Grade 12);
  • current college students;
  • any individual who has an interest in taking these courses;
  • disabilities (PWDs), out-of-school youth (OSY), indigenous people (IP), and women groups.
  • open to participants at all levels, from entry-level roles to senior positions.
