Introductory Course on Contact Center Services

For its fourth run, the Ugnayan ng Pahinungód UPOU, in partnership with Concentrix Philippines, offered the Introductory Course on Contact Center Services (ICCS) from 15 October – 15 November 2022. The course focuses on developing effective online communication skills that will provide competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-enabled and contact services-related jobs.

The course was offered to the general public via the UPOU Massive Open Distance e-Learning (MODeL) platform. Volunteers were tapped to serve as course coordinators tasked to monitor the students’ progress, grade student submissions, and conduct synchronous sessions which serve as practice simulations for the two major requirements of the course: Interview and Mock Calls.
