Love Yourself

As part of the educational system, we have the tendency to focus on academic and administrative loads – forgetting other aspects of our lives: that we are also parents, children, siblings, friends, and community members. There are instances when we are faced with enormous pressures from these roles. We consequently experience fatigue, poor health, social disconnection, and the like whenever our life becomes unbalanced. 

Self-love has many meanings. It starts with recognition and appreciation of inner worth and value, according to The Body Shop. Self-love as holistic, PsychCentral claims that self-love involves your thoughts and feelings about yourself.  

This webinar will teach us about the positive perception of self-love on wellness and health. In a study conducted by Henschke and Sedlmeier, they have extracted three themes on self-love which is self-contact, self-acceptance, and self-care. This event aims to touch on these three aspects succinctly to help our participants understand and find valuable information on self-love.
