The course focuses on developing effective online communication skills that will provide competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-enabled and contact services-related jobs.<\/p>\n<p>The course was offered to the general public via the UPOU Massive Open Distance e-Learning (MODeL) platform. Volunteers were tapped to serve as course coordinators tasked to monitor the students&#8217; progress, grade student submissions, and conduct synchronous sessions which serve as practice simulations
