There are instances when we are faced with enormous pressures from these roles. We consequently experience <\/span><a href=\"about:blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fatigue, poor health, social disconnection<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the like whenever our life becomes unbalanced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-love has many meanings. It starts with recognition and appreciation of inner worth and value, according to <\/span><a href=\"about:blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Body Shop<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Self-love as holistic, <\/span><a href=\"about:blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PsychCentral<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> claims that self-love involves your thoughts and feelings about yourself.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This webinar will teach us about the positive perception of self-love on wellness and health. In a study conducted by <\/span><a href=\"about:blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Henschke and Sedlmeier<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, they have extracted three themes on self-love which is self-contact, self-acceptance, and self-care. This event aims to touch on these three aspects succinctly to help our participants understand and find valuable information on self-love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ms. Marian Villanueva and Asst.
