One of the major aims of this training is to equip learners with knowledge and skills that are relevant to their chosen career should they decide to pursue an opportunity in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the course objectives is to:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>capacitate participants, especially in the marginalized sector, on digital literacy providing them with competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-related jobs.<\/li>\n<li>covers both basic and advanced learning resources on contact center services<\/li>\n<li>provide linkage opportunities to
